We mostly operate in the built environment although we also provide services for large infrastructure projects (working on behalf of funding organisations) and also SMEs and start ups both in terms of decarbonising their assets and operations but also assisting funding identification and applications in innovation and decarbonisation.

Seyhan has extensive project and client management experience in the net zero carbon space with a large number of clients and a variety of projects by initially working as part of a large consultancy (AECOM and CH2M) and for the director of ALtass Consulting. She has worked on numerous projects and undertook low carbon technology studies of different scales and complexity in collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

The scope of projects and consultancy required beyond appraising technology options and depending on the site and the circumstances required identification of constraints, barriers and risks, capital and operational costs, payback, IRR, revenues, CO2e savings, identification and resolving land ownership issues, planning applications and many other aspects of net zero carbon development.
